Blog profiles photography of HCP friend & supporter Dr. Michael Lewis
The Chicagoist profiled the photography of HCP friend and supporter Dr. Michael S. Lewis. The art column notes that not only is Lewis a world-class nature photographer, but also contributes to the success of HCP and Dr. Geoff Tabin's work to eliminate blindness in the far corners of the earth.
“The work comes down to $20 an eye for expenses—a small price to pay for this miracle,” Lewis says. The proceeds of sales from Lewis's five books and highly prized pictures is channeled to the Himalyan Cataract Project.
The Chicagoist is the most popular local blog in the Windy City. Read the column online here, and see some of Lewis' images.
