Ophthalmology Times reports that David F. Chang, MD, who delivered the Binkhorst Lecture at the annual meeting of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, pointed to the Himalayan Cataract Project, Tilganga Eye Centre and two other organizations for work that represents "the single greatest achievement in our field of cataract surgery during the past two decades."
