Dissemination of Methods & Research
The Himalayan Cataract Project has a distinguished presence in the ophthalmic academic community based on the prolific publishing and lecturing of Co-Directors Dr. Sanduk Ruit and Dr. Geoffrey Tabin, as well as the sub-specialty trained ophthalmologists at Tilganga.
Drs. Tabin and Ruit have taught courses to share their innovative, replicable sutureless method of cataract surgery. They have presented at the International Congress of Ophthalmology and at the American Academy of Ophthalmology Annual Meeting. Often their publications appear in peer reviewed journals.
